THE FOUNDERS
Kadesh Simms Conroy and Chris Conroy are the founders of Wellspring and the creators of the Culture Carrier Audit.
Kadesh is an MBA-grad who became a Human Resources executive to build better workplaces for all people. Chris was classroom teacher turned corporate trainer, who could often be found designing lesson plans for his students well past closing time.
Before they met, they both knew that workplace cultures needed to be more humane if they wanted people to perform better.
So, 10 years ago, they decided to join forces. (Well, technically, they got married.) Then they launched Wellspring, a movement to help business leaders build better workplace cultures.
Chris experimented and designed tools to measure culture. Kadesh designed strategies and coaching programs to improve HR operations and leadership skills.
By combining their skill sets, work ethic, and core values, Wellspring has grown to serve organizations throughout the globe and built a movement for humane workplaces.
